When credits expire
Monthly credits last 3 months, annual credits 12 months, trial credits 30 days.

Credits do not disappear at the end of a billing month. Unused monthly credits roll over for up to 3 months, unused annual credits for up to 12 months. Preb always spends the credits that expire first.
Seeing what expires when
- The credits menu in the top bar shows the next expiry, for example "500 credits expire on Jan 12".
- Settings, Billing, Credit balance lists every batch with its expiry date.
