The code for a shared list does not work

Codes have four digits and belong to one link. After five wrong codes the link locks for 15 minutes. If it still does not open, the person who sent it may have renewed the code or closed the link; ask them for the current one. See Someone shared an enriched list with you.

What do the icons next to emails and phones mean?

They show the verification result. A shield means Valid, a check mark Probably valid and a question mark Catch-all. Next to phone numbers, a double check means the ownership was confirmed and the signal icon shows the connect rate. A small counter means we found more than one address or number. Hover any of them for the details. See Valid, Probably valid, Catch-all and Not found and Mobile and landline numbers.

Is there a browser extension?

Not yet. It is on the roadmap, together with the CRM connection and prospecting inside Preb. The upload step shows these as Soon.

Can I connect my ATS or CRM?

Not yet. Today you export a file from your system and upload it, then import the download back. The connection is planned.

Can I enrich companies instead of people?

Not yet. The Companies option on the upload step is marked as coming soon.

Is there an API?

Not as a self-service feature. If you need one, email sales@preb.co and tell us about your use case.

Do unused credits roll over?

Yes. Monthly credits stay valid for 3 months, annual credits for 12 months. See When credits expire.

Can I get a refund?

Spent credits are not refunded, because the results were delivered. If something went wrong on our side, contact support and we make it right. See the Terms of Service.

Can two workspaces share credits?

No. Credits belong to one workspace. Invite your colleagues into one workspace instead of creating several.

Can I use Preb for sales outreach?

Yes, for work emails and mobile numbers. Personal email addresses are meant for recruiting, where reaching someone outside their employer is the point. Please follow the laws that apply to your outreach.

Where is my data stored, and is Preb GDPR compliant?

Preb is run by a company in Germany and hosts the app on servers in the United States, with the safeguards described in the Privacy Policy. Preb acts as your processor. See Your data and your contacts' data.

Does Preb work on a phone?

Yes. The app and this help center work in a mobile browser. Uploading a file is easier on a computer.
