What happens when you run out of credits
Lists pause instead of failing, and continue by themselves after you add credits.
Updated
- A new list cannot start when the balance is below its typical estimate. The Configure step shows how many credits you are short and a Buy credits button.
- A running list that uses the last credits changes to Paused, needs credits. Rows that were already found keep their results.
- As soon as credits arrive, from a new plan, a renewal or an upgrade, the paused list continues on its own. You do not need to restart it.
Warnings before it happens
When your balance drops under 10 percent of your plan, the workspace owner gets an email and everyone sees a notification in the bell. The credits menu in the top bar shows the balance at any time.
Adding credits
Open the credits menu and click Buy credits, or Choose a plan during the trial. Both lead to Settings, Billing, where you pick a plan or a larger plan. See Plans and prices.
