Download your enriched list
Get a CSV with your original columns plus the Preb columns, for all contacts or a segment.

Where to download
- On the Lists page, click Download All on a card. The button is available once the list is finished.
- On the list page, open the Download menu and pick All contacts, Valid emails (valid and probably valid), Catch-all emails or Not found.
Segment downloads get a suffix in the file name, for example -valid-emails or -catch-all-emails, so you can tell the files apart.
What is in the file
Your own columns come first, in the order of your original file. After them Preb adds its columns, each starting with "Preb:" so they are easy to spot:
- Preb: Personal email, Preb: Personal email status
- Preb: Phone, Preb: Phone type
- Preb: Work email, Preb: Work email status
- The status columns say Valid, Probably valid or Catch-all, and stay empty when no address was found.
- Preb: Job title, Preb: Company, Preb: Company domain, Preb: Location, Preb: LinkedIn URL
- Preb: Status, Preb: Credits
The file opens in Excel, Numbers and Google Sheets. It is saved so that accented names and phone numbers starting with a plus sign display correctly.
