Contact statuses and skip reasons
What the status of a single row means, including every reason a row was skipped.

The Status column in the table and the Preb: Status column in the download tell you what happened to each row.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Waiting | The row is in the queue or in progress. |
| Enriched | At least one of the ordered fields was found. |
| Already enriched | The person was enriched in your workspace within the last 90 days. The result was reused for free. |
| Not found | The row was processed, but none of the ordered fields could be found. Nothing was charged. |
| Skipped | The row was not sent for enrichment. The reason is shown next to the status, see below. |
| Suppressed | The person asked not to be contacted through Preb. No data is shown or exported, and nothing is charged. |
Skip reasons
| Reason | Meaning | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Missing name or company | The row has neither a LinkedIn URL nor a name with a company or domain. | Add the missing column and upload again. |
| Email only | The row has just an email and the identify switch was off. | Upload again with Identify email-only rows switched on. |
| Duplicate | Another row in the file points to the same person. | Nothing. The other row carries the result. |
| List stopped | You stopped the list before this row was processed. | Upload the remaining rows as a new list. |
| Over the row limit | The row is beyond the number you set under Rows to enrich. | Upload again with a higher number. Enriched rows are free the second time. |
| No result | Our sources had nothing for this person. | Try again in a few weeks, or add a LinkedIn URL. |
| Provider lost the request | A data source did not answer in time. | Upload the row again. It was not charged. |
| Person asked not to be contacted | Same as Suppressed. | Nothing. |
