Your first workspace
The one-time setup after your first sign-in: your name, your workspace and an optional phone number.

A workspace is your team's home in Preb. It holds your lists, your teammates, your credits and your plan. Every new user gets one workspace at the first sign-in, unless a teammate invited them into an existing one.
The setup form
- Full name. Shown to your teammates and on the lists you create.
- Workspace name. Usually your company or team name. You can change it later.
- Phone number, optional. Your direct line to our team for setup help and faster support. It is never shown to teammates.
- Click Create workspace.
Invited by a teammate?
If you accepted an invite, you skip this step and land directly in your teammate's workspace. You share that workspace's credits and lists. See Invite teammates.
