How long Preb keeps lists and results, what people can ask for, and where to find the legal documents.

How long we keep things
- Lists and their results stay in your workspace until you delete the list.
- Results are reused within your workspace for 90 days, so a person you enrich twice is free the second time. After 90 days, and when you delete the list, the stored result is removed.
- Deleting a workspace or an account removes its lists, files, results and credits. See Delete your workspace or your account.
Who sees what
- Everyone in your workspace can see every list in it. Members can delete only their own lists.
- Nothing is shared between workspaces. Results you paid for are never reused for another customer.
- Preb acts on your behalf as a processor. You decide who to look up and what to do with the results.
People who do not want to be contacted
Anyone can ask Preb not to process their data through the form at preb.co/contact-opt-out, without an account. Such a person shows up as Suppressed in your lists, with no data and no charge, even if another source would have a result. The Privacy Policy explains the details.
Cookies and advertising
Preb sets only the cookies it needs to keep you signed in. If you accept advertising cookies in the consent banner, Preb also uses the Meta Pixel to measure whether a sign-up or purchase followed one of our ads. Nothing is sent to Meta before you accept, and you can change your choice at any time with Cookie preferences in the account menu.
