List statuses explained
What each status on a list card means and what, if anything, you should do.

Every list card and list page shows a status chip. The Lists page can filter by status with All lists, Enriching, Completed and Paused.
| Status | Meaning | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Draft | The list was created but enrichment has not started. | Open it and start it, or delete it. |
| Queued | The list is waiting for its turn. | Nothing. It starts within moments. |
| Enriching | Results are arriving. | Nothing. Watch the progress or come back later. |
| Stopping | You pressed Stop. Rows already in progress are finishing. | Wait a minute until the status changes to Stopped. |
| Paused, needs credits | The balance ran out during the run. | Buy credits or choose a plan. The list resumes automatically. |
| Paused, provider issue | A data source is temporarily unavailable. | Nothing. The list resumes by itself. |
| Stopped | The run was stopped on purpose. Rows that finished keep their results. | Download what was found, or upload the remaining rows as a new list. |
| Enriched | The list is finished. | Download it or read the results in the app. |
| Failed | Something went wrong on our side and the list could not be completed. | Contact support. Credits for rows without results are never charged. |
