Stop a list

Stop a running list, and what happens to the rows that are already in progress.

Updated

  1. Open the list, or find its card on the Lists page.
  2. Click Stop. On a card it sits in the … menu.
  3. Confirm with Stop. The status changes to Stopping, then to Stopped.

Important

Contacts that are already in progress will finish and are charged as usual. Nothing new is submitted after you stop. Results that were found stay in the list and can be downloaded.

Can I resume a stopped list?

No. A stopped list stays stopped. To continue, upload the file again as a new list. Rows that were already enriched in your workspace within the last 90 days are free again, so you only pay for the rest. See Duplicates and rows enriched before.
