How long does enrichment take
What to expect while a list runs, and why you can close the tab.

Most lists finish within minutes. A list of a few hundred people usually takes 5 to 15 minutes. Larger lists of several thousand rows can take an hour or more, because Preb verifies every email and checks every phone number before it shows them.
While the list runs
- The list page shows a progress panel with the current step and an estimated time left.
- Rows fill in as results arrive. You can already read, search and copy them.
- You can close the tab or sign out. The work continues on our side.
- When the list is finished you get an email, and the bell in the top bar shows a notification.
Why the time varies
Mobile numbers and personal emails take longer than work emails because more sources are checked. Lists with many rows from the same company are faster than lists spread across many companies.
