The sign-in link does not arrive
What to check when the email with your sign-in link is missing or does not work.

- Wait a minute. Most links arrive within seconds, but some mail servers hold new senders for a moment.
- Check the spam and promotions folders. Search for "Preb".
- Make sure you typed a work address. Gmail, Outlook.com, Yahoo and disposable mailboxes cannot sign in.
- Click Send a new link on the sign-in page. Only the newest link works, older links stop working.
- Open the link on the same device where you requested it, within one hour.
The link says it is invalid or expired
Links work once and for one hour. Some company email systems open links in advance to scan them, which uses up the link. In that case use Continue with Google, or ask your IT team to allow emails from preb.co.
