The summary cards
At the top of a finished list there is one card per field you ordered: Work emails, Personal emails and Mobile phones, plus Identified when Preb identified people from an email address. Each card shows how many contacts got a result out of all processed contacts, the share in percent, and a ring with the breakdown.
- Email cards: the ring splits the results into Valid, Probably valid and Catch-all. Hover the numbers to open the Deliverability panel with the count and the estimated bounce rate per level. A note under the card tells you how many catch-all addresses were upgraded to probably valid by our extra checks.
- Mobile phones: the ring shows mobile numbers against other line types. Hover for the Connect rate panel, the number of contacts with confirmed ownership and the line types we found.
- Click a segment of the Work emails or Mobile phones ring to filter the table to exactly those contacts. Click it again to clear the filter.
Under the list name, small pills show the number of contacts, the credits the list used, the duplicates that were removed and the rows that were already enriched in your workspace and were reused for free.
Filters
The filter row sits above the table. Every chip carries its count:
- Work email: All, Valid, Probably valid, Catch-all or Not found. What the levels mean is explained in Valid, Probably valid, Catch-all and Not found.
- Phone: Found or Not found. Shown when you ordered mobile numbers.
- Reset clears the filters and the search.
Search and columns
- Type in Search contacts to find a person, a company or an email. Press / to jump to the field.
- Column settings lets you show or hide the Preb columns and the columns from your own file. Your choice is remembered in this browser. Reset to defaults brings the standard layout back.
- Pick how many rows to show per page at the bottom of the table.
- The table is wider than the screen. The faded edge and the slim scrollbar under the rows show that more columns are to the right. Scroll sideways, or hide columns you do not need.
Markers next to emails and phones
- Every email carries a marker: a shield for Valid, a check mark for Probably valid and a question mark for Catch-all. Hover or focus it for the explanation and the estimated bounce rate.
- Mobile numbers in the US and Canada carry a double check when the ownership was confirmed, with the confidence in the tooltip, and a signal icon for the connect rate (Highest, High or Medium). Other numbers show a question mark with the line details. See Mobile and landline numbers.
- A small counter after an email or a phone means we found more than one. Hover it to see every candidate with its level. The table shows the most likely one, and the download contains that one too.
- Numbers that are not mobile carry a Landline or VoIP chip.
- Every email and phone has a copy button. A check mark and a small Copied label confirm it right next to the address. Names link to the LinkedIn profile when we know it, companies link to their website.
- A row marked as not to be contacted shows no data. The person asked not to be contacted through Preb.
