Duplicates and rows enriched before

You pay for a person once. Preb removes duplicates and reuses results from the last 90 days.

Updated

Duplicates inside a file

When two rows point to the same person, for example the same LinkedIn URL or the same name at the same company, Preb enriches the first row and marks the other as a duplicate. The mapping step tells you how many duplicates were removed before you pay anything. Duplicate rows stay in the list and in the download so your file keeps its shape.

People you enriched before

If a person was enriched in your workspace within the last 90 days, in any list, the result is reused for free. These rows show the status Already enriched and are listed under the filter Already enriched (free). The estimate on the Configure step already leaves them out.

Note

Results are reused only inside your own workspace. Nothing is shared between workspaces, and a deleted list takes its stored results with it.
