If Preb helps you book and close more calls, chances are the other teams you work with would get value from it too. Refer & Earn turns those recommendations into recurring income: share your personal link, and when someone signs up through it and becomes a paying customer, you earn 30% of what they pay — every month, for as long as they stay a customer. No sign-up, no application, and no separate dashboard to learn — it's built right into your account.

Your referral link

Your link looks like preb.co/?ref=yourname and it's personal to you — everyone on your team has their own. It travels with you across every workspace, just like your profile.

Anyone who clicks your link and then signs up is tied to you automatically. The connection lasts even if they don't sign up on their first visit, so a link you shared last week still counts when they come back.

How you earn

You earn 30% of every payment a referred customer makes, for the entire lifetime of their subscription — not just their first month. Refer a 5-seat team on the $12/seat monthly plan and that's $18 every month they stay with Preb.

A few things worth knowing about when a referral counts:

• It counts after their first real payment. New Preb accounts start on a free trial, so a referral becomes a commission once the person you referred converts to a paid plan and their first invoice is paid — not the moment they sign up.
• It keeps paying. As long as they keep their subscription, you keep earning your 30% on each payment.
• Refunds and cancellations adjust automatically. If a referred customer is refunded or cancels, the related commission is reversed or stops — you never have to reconcile anything by hand.

Tracking your results

The Refer & Earn page shows how your referrals are doing at a glance:

• Sign-ups — how many people have signed up through your link.
• Paying customers — how many of them have become paying customers (the ones earning you commission).
• Upcoming earnings — commission you've earned that hasn't been paid out yet.
• Paid out — commission that's already been paid to you.

Getting paid

Commissions are paid out for you automatically — you just need to tell us where to send the money.

Once that's set up, here's how payouts work:

• Minimum payout is $25. Your earnings build up until your balance reaches $25, then they're paid out.
• Payouts land within about 90 days. After a referral's payment clears, there's a holding period before that commission is paid — this protects against refunds and chargebacks.
• Everything after that is automatic: once you're over the threshold, we send the money to your chosen method.

Good to know

• It costs your referrals nothing. They sign up and pay Preb's normal price — your commission comes out of Preb's side, not theirs.
• You can't refer yourself. Signing up with your own link, or referring an account on your own email, won't earn commission.
• Every teammate earns separately. Each person on your team has their own link and their own earnings — sharing is per-person.
