What's new
SalesMarketingIT / TechnicalThe latest changes to Preb, newest first. Check back here for new features, improvements, and fixes.
How we version
We group updates into releases with a version number like v1.0. Each entry below tells you what changed and links to the relevant docs so you can dig in.
Entries are tagged so you can scan quickly:
- New — a brand-new feature or page.
- Improved — an existing feature got better.
- Fixed — a bug we squashed.
The current docs version is shown at the bottom of the sidebar. Most updates roll out to everyone automatically — there's nothing to install or update yourself.

You can request a feature or report a bug right from the in-app support widget — see Contact support. Popular requests help shape what we build next.

New
- Multi-step booking forms. Split your questions into steps on the Form screen: invitees see their progress, can go back, and each step validates on its own. Ask for contact details first or last, let single-choice steps continue automatically, and disqualify unqualified leads right after the answer that rules them out. See Booking form & questions.
- Form templates. Save any booking form as a workspace template and apply it to other event types in one click — with a preview and a clear summary of what the replacement affects. See Form templates.
- Choose your booking step order. A new Appearance screen on each event type lets you decide whether invitees fill out the form first or pick a time first. Pick Time first to show the calendar up front and collect the form afterward — handy for low-friction intro calls. See Appearance & step order.
- Pick-your-location bookings. Offer several meeting locations on one event type and let the invitee choose the one they want from a dropdown on the booking page. There's also a new In Person (Attendee Address) location — the invitee enters their own address when you travel to them — and the location picker in the editor is now grouped by category for quicker setup. See Meeting locations.
- Members without a calendar. A new Settings → Bookings control decides whether teammates who haven't connected a calendar can still be booked — turn it off to hide them from bookers until they connect one. You can also spot who's missing a calendar and email them a reminder straight from the Teams page. See Members without a calendar.
v1.0 — Preb is here
The first general release of Preb — everything you need to turn a link into booked calls and track them through to revenue.
New
- Booking pages & event types. Publish a public booking link, create reusable event types, and let people pick a time that fits both calendars.
- Two-way calendar sync. Connect Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook so busy times are hidden and new bookings are added automatically.
- Lead capture & qualification. Capture every lead the moment they fill in the form — even if they don't book — then qualify, disqualify, and route them to the right host.
- Pipeline & deals. Track contacts, stages, call outcomes, and deals & revenue in one place.
- Insights. Read your funnel from page view to closed sale, with breakdowns and CSV exports.
- Ad tracking. Send your full booking-to-revenue funnel to Meta and Google Ads, with UTM and click-ID attribution and a consent-aware cookie banner.
- Stripe revenue. Connect Stripe to attach payments to deals and report real sales back to your ad platforms.
- Teams & billing. Invite your team with roles and seats, and manage your per-seat subscription.
- Embedding & API. Embed the widget on your own site and integrate with the public API.
