Your public booking page

SalesMarketing

Your public booking page is what the outside world sees: a branded page that lists your meetings and lets anyone pick a time and book — no account needed on their end. This page explains its address, what's shown, and how to share it.

Your public page URL

Everything is built around your workspace's booking link (the one you chose during setup). There are two public addresses:

  • Your workspace pageapp.preb.co/your-workspace. A branded directory that lists every visible event type.
  • A single eventapp.preb.co/your-workspace/event-name. The direct booking page for one meeting type.

Share whichever fits: the workspace page when you want people to choose what to book, or a single-event link when you want them straight into one specific meeting.

What's shown

On your workspace page, visitors see your logo (or your initials if you haven't added one), your workspace name and optional bio, and a card for each bookable event type — with its title, length, location, and a short description.

On an event's booking page, the experience is two simple steps. By default:

Their details first

The visitor enters their name and email (and any questions you've added) before seeing the calendar. See Booking form & questions.

Pick a date and time

A monthly calendar appears; choosing a day reveals the available time slots, with a 12-hour/24-hour toggle.

Confirm

They can add a note and extra guests, then confirm — and land on your confirmation page.

The order is up to you

The order above is the default. Each event type can instead show the calendar first and collect the form afterward — set it with Time first on the Appearance screen. See Appearance & step order.

Alongside, a summary panel shows the event title, description, length, and location. When the event type offers more than one location, the location becomes a dropdown here so the visitor can pick the one they want. Times are shown in the visitor's own time zone automatically, and they can switch zones with the globe icon.

Who they'll meet

For round-robin team events, the specific host isn't shown while booking — Preb assigns the call when they book and names the host on the confirmation. This is normal: it lets any available teammate take the meeting.

The calendar only offers times you're genuinely free: fully-booked days and days outside your booking window are grayed out and can't be selected. See Availability & schedules.

Branding & "Powered by Preb"

Your page carries your branding — your logo (or initials), workspace name, and bio. A small "Powered by Preb" mark also appears by default. Any paying workspace can remove it: go to Settings → Preferences and turn off Show "Powered by Preb" on booking widget. It's not tied to a particular plan — every paying customer can switch it off. Standard Privacy and Imprint links stay in the footer either way, to keep you compliant.

Your page is live the moment you have a visible event type. To share it:

Grab the link

From the sidebar footer, click Copy public page link for your workspace page, or use the Copy link icon on any event type for a single-event link.

Put it everywhere

Add it to your email signature, a landing page, social profiles, or send it directly in a message. Anyone who opens it can book.

Preview it first

Use View public page (or the Open booking page icon) to see exactly what visitors see.

Embedding (see Developers)

Rather than send people to a separate page, you can place your booking page directly on your own website — inline on a page, or as a popup that opens from a button. It's a small snippet you paste into your site, and it carries your branding without the Preb page wrapper.

The full setup, including how to pass a visitor's details into the form, is in Embedding the widget.
