Quickstart
SalesThis is the short path from a brand-new account to a live booking link you can share. Four steps, about five minutes.
Before you start
You'll need two things:
- A work email to sign up with.
- A Google or Microsoft (Outlook) calendar to connect, so Preb can block your busy times and add new bookings automatically.
No calendar handy?
You can skip the calendar step and connect one later — but until you do, Preb can't see when you're busy and may let people book over existing events. We recommend connecting it now.
Step 1 — Create your workspace
Head to app.preb.co/signup to create your account and start your 7-day free trial (you pick a plan and enter a card; nothing is charged until the trial ends). Once you're in, a short setup wizard walks you through creating your workspace — the home for your booking pages, bookings, and contacts.

Preb sets up a default Working Hours schedule for you (Monday to Friday, 9 to 5), which you can change any time under Availability.
Step 2 — Connect a calendar
Next, connect a calendar so Preb stays in sync with your real schedule.

From now on, Preb hides any time slot that clashes with your existing events, and every new booking is added to your calendar. Full details — including how to pick which calendar bookings land on — are in Connect your calendar.
Step 3 — Create an event type
An event type is a kind of meeting people can book — for example "Discovery Call" or "Strategy Session." It carries the meeting length, location, and availability.

There's a lot more you can do here — qualifying questions, routing, buffers, and more. See Creating an event type when you're ready to go deeper.
Step 4 — Share your booking link
Your booking page is live the moment you have an event type. To grab the link:
Copy your link
Share it
That's it — you're taking bookings.
What's next
A few good next steps:
- Fine-tune your availability so people can only book when you're actually free.
- Shape your booking form to collect the details you need up front.
- Invite your team so colleagues can host calls too.
- Follow the activation checklist on your Home screen to make sure nothing's missed.
