Workspace settings

Sales

Workspace settings live under Settings in the sidebar. They apply to the whole workspace — its name, logo, default currency, and a few preferences. Most settings are available to Owners and Admins; a couple are Owner-only and are called out below. (Members don't have workspace settings to manage.)

General settings

The top of the page lets you edit your workspace's identity:

  • Workspace name — how the workspace appears across Preb and to your team.
  • Bio — a short description shown where relevant.

Make your changes and click Save changes.

Changing your booking link

Your workspace's public booking link (its short URL) isn't editable from this screen. If you need it changed, reach out through Contact support.

Default currency

Under Preferences, set your default currency. It's pre-filled whenever you record a sale outcome or import transactions — and you can always override it on an individual deal.

Preb supports Euro (EUR), US Dollar (USD), British Pound (GBP), Swiss Franc (CHF), Canadian Dollar (CAD), Australian Dollar (AUD), Swedish Krona (SEK), Norwegian Krone (NOK), Danish Krone (DKK), and Polish Złoty (PLN). New workspaces default to EUR.

Branding

You can give the workspace its own look:

  • Workspace logo — upload a PNG or JPG up to 2 MB with Change logo, or take it down with Remove logo. The logo represents your workspace inside Preb and on your booking widget.
  • "Powered by Preb" — a toggle that controls whether the small Preb badge appears on your embedded booking widget and popup. It's on by default; turn it off to hide the badge.

Bookings

The Bookings section controls how Preb treats teammates who haven't connected a calendar. The toggle "Allow booking members without a connected calendar" is on by default (they can still be booked, but may be double-booked). Turn it off to hide those teammates from bookers until they connect a calendar.

Because this affects who can receive bookings across your whole workspace, it has its own guide: Members without a calendar.

Approved websites

This is a safety list for post-booking redirects. If you want to send bookers to your own website after they book (a thank-you page, for example), the destination has to be on this list first.

Preb only allows redirects to websites on this list, so a stray or malicious link can never send your bookers somewhere unexpected.

Add a website by typing just its address — no https://, no page paths, no wildcards (for example example.com) — and press Enter, then Save. Add the site here before you set up a confirmation link on an event type. You can list up to 50 websites. If the list is empty, bookers simply see Preb's standard confirmation page.

Outcome reminders

Under Notifications, Outcome reminder emails keep your call records up to date. When it's on, Preb emails the host about a day after a call if its outcome hasn't been recorded yet — a gentle nudge so nothing slips through. It's on by default.

Support access

Support access is Owner-only. The toggle, "Allow our support team to access this workspace," controls whether Preb's support staff can open your workspace to help you:

  • On (the default): if you've reported a problem, support can temporarily open your workspace as one of your members to troubleshoot. Every session is recorded.
  • Off: no one on the support team can enter your workspace, for any reason.

Note

You can't change this setting while a support session is actually in progress.

Deleting a workspace

Deleting a workspace is permanent and Owner-only. You'll find it in the Danger zone at the bottom of the settings page.

Open the Danger zone

Scroll to the bottom of Settings and click Delete workspace.

Confirm by typing the name

To prevent accidents, you must type the workspace's exact name before the confirm button turns on.

Delete

Confirm to permanently remove the workspace, its event types, and all members.

Cancel bookings first

A workspace that still has bookings can't be deleted — cancel its bookings first, then delete. This protects you from wiping out scheduled meetings by mistake. Deletion can't be undone.
