Breakdowns
SalesMarketingThe funnel tells you how you are converting overall. The breakdowns tell you who and what is driving it.
By person — Team tab
A row per member with their calls, cash and rates, a totals row, a column picker and CSV export. Clicking a row opens that person's dashboard — the same Overview, scoped to them.
The totals row sums the counts and re-derives each rate from those sums, rather than averaging percentages: otherwise someone with three calls would weigh as heavily as someone with three hundred.
Cash vs. Revenue
The Team tab's Cash column is one-off revenue — won deals and deposits. Recurring income has its own column. That is why the Team total can be lower than the Sales tab's Revenue; the difference is your recurring income.
By booking page — Overview
Booking pages ranks your pages by calls booked, with moved, cancelled, held and sales alongside. Use it to find the page that fills the calendar but does not convert.
By source — Marketing tab
Where leads came from groups contacts by their first-touch UTM, switchable between Source, Medium and Campaign, and between contacts, calls and sales. People who arrived without a UTM appear as Organic / Direct.
By answer — Marketing tab
Answers vs outcomes is the one most teams act on. Every multiple-choice question on a booking page becomes a row and every answer a column, shaded by conversion, so you can see which answer predicts a sale — and stop taking the calls that never close.
Four views, each with its own colour: Calls (which answers people pick), Sales, Show up and Cancel.
Drilling in
Every number in every breakdown is clickable. It opens a panel with the exact rows behind it, where you can change the columns, export them, or jump to the full Global Data view — see Exporting reports.
