Welcome to Preb

SalesMarketing

Preb turns a shared link into booked calls — and quietly captures every lead, qualifies them, and tracks them from first click all the way to closed revenue. This page is the lay of the land: what Preb does, who it's built for, and how to find your way around these docs.

What you can do with Preb

At its core, Preb does five things:

  • Take bookings from a link. Publish a booking page, and prospects pick a time that fits both their schedule and yours. Bookings land on your connected calendar automatically.
  • Keep your calendar honest. Connect Google or Microsoft and Preb hides any slot that clashes with your existing events — no double-bookings.
  • Capture leads, not just bookings. The moment someone fills in their details on your booking form, they become a contact — even if they never pick a time. Nobody slips through.
  • Qualify and route the right people. Ask qualifying questions, turn away leads who aren't a fit, and send the rest to the right host automatically.
  • See the whole picture. Every contact moves through a pipeline, and the Insights area shows your funnel from page view to closed sale.

Who this is for

These docs are written in plain English for the people who use Preb day to day:

  • Sales teams — taking calls, working a pipeline, and recording outcomes.
  • Marketing teams — driving traffic to booking pages and measuring what converts.

Most pages carry an audience tag at the top so you can tell at a glance who they're written for. The only deliberately technical section is Embedding & Developers — that one is for whoever embeds the booking widget or works with the API.
