Insights overview

SalesMarketing

The Insights screen turns every page view, lead, call and sale into one connected story — so you can see, at a glance, how many people moved from clicking your booking link to handing over money, where they fell away, and who on your team is turning calls into revenue.

Every number on the screen is a door: click a bar, a slice or a row and Preb opens the exact records behind it in Global Data.

The four tabs

  • Overview — the whole picture: calls booked, rescheduled, cancelled and no-shows; your closing, engagement and show-up rates; the scheduling funnel; call outcomes over time; why calls did not convert; and which booking pages and people are performing.
  • Sales — revenue over time split into won, deposit and recurring, plus average deal, revenue per call, products sold and revenue by person.
  • Team — a row per person with their calls, cash and rates, a totals row, a column picker and CSV export; plus how full everyone's days ahead are. Admins and owners only.
  • Marketing — where your leads come from, how far ahead people book, which booking-form answers turn into sales, and the times of day people choose.

If nothing happened in the period you picked, the page says so rather than showing a screen of zeroes. Widen the date range or share a booking page to start collecting data.

Filters

A row of filters sits under the page title. Everything below it updates to match, and your choices travel in the address bar — so you can send a colleague a link to exactly the view you are looking at.

  • Date range — Today, Yesterday, 7D, 30D, 3M, 6M, 12M, or Custom for an exact start and end date. Opens on the last 7 days.
  • Compare to previous period — on by default. Each headline number gets a change figure against the period of the same length immediately before.
  • Booking page — narrow everything to one booking page.
  • Person — narrow to one team member.

The person filter and page views

Nobody is attached to a page view until a booking is assigned, so page views are not tied to a person. When you filter to one person, that stage is hidden rather than shown as zero.

What your role changes

Owners and admins see the whole workspace and can filter to any person.

Members see My performance — their own calls, outcomes and rates, with the Team tab hidden. Nobody has to be told to "just ignore the other rows".

Data freshness

Insights reads your live data and caches each figure for about two minutes. When someone logs a call outcome, records a deal, cancels a call or marks a no-show inside Preb, the numbers update immediately — the cache is dropped on the spot.

Information that arrives from outside Preb — a CRM webhook, a Stripe payment, a CSV import — lands within the two-minute window. If you want to force the point, use Refresh in the top right.

Dates: booked vs. due

Two different dates are at work, and Insights is deliberate about which it uses:

  • Calls booked counts calls on the day they were booked.
  • Everything outcome-shaped — show-up, closing, no-shows, outcomes — counts calls on the day they were due to happen.

That is why a call booked in March for an April slot appears in March's "calls booked" and in April's outcome numbers.

Exporting

The Team tab has an Export button that produces a CSV of exactly the columns you have on screen, including the totals row. For anything else, click through to Global Data and export from there — see Exporting reports.
