The scheduling funnel

The three stages

The panel on the right holds the two conversion rates: views → contacts and contacts → calls created.
Every segment is clickable — a stage opens the exact people or calls behind it.
Why 'calls created' can exceed 'contacts'
The two stages count over the same window but they are not a strict pipeline: a call can belong to someone captured weeks earlier, and one person can book more than once. When that happens Preb says "more calls than new contacts" rather than printing a conversion rate above 100%, which would look like a bug.
Views and the person filter
A page view is not attached to anyone until a booking is assigned, so views cannot be split by team member. Filter to one person and the views stage is hidden rather than shown as zero.
Two ways to read it
The Funnel view — the default — is the classic tapered shape, so the drop-off between steps reads at a glance; the two conversion rates sit under it. The Stages view puts each step in its own column with its number and its make-up, which is the one to switch to when you want to see how a stage splits. Your choice is remembered.
Where the numbers come from
- Views come from the daily page-view totals, which survive longer than the raw records — so long ranges stay accurate.
- Contacts are counted on the day the person was captured.
- Calls are counted on the day they were booked, not the day they happen.
That last point matters: a call booked in March for an April slot appears in March here, and in April's outcome numbers.
