Exporting reports

SalesMarketing

Every number in Insights can be opened, inspected and exported. Nothing is a dead end.

Click any number

Click a bar, a slice, a tile or a table row and a panel opens with the rows behind it — the actual calls, contacts or deals that make up that figure. From there you can:

  • Columns — choose which fields to show. Your choice is remembered per list.
  • Export — download exactly those rows as a CSV.
  • View in Global Data — open the same filtered list full-screen, where you can save it as a Smart View, edit records, or refine the filters further.

A bar opens the whole time bucket ("calls in June"); a summary tile opens one series across the whole period ("every no-sale").

The counts always match

The panel runs the same query as Global Data, with the same filters and the same date columns as the chart you clicked. If a bar says 6, the panel shows those 6 rows — and so does Global Data.

Team CSV

The Team tab has its own Export button, which produces a CSV of exactly the columns you have on screen, including the totals row. That is the one to use for a board pack or a commission run.

What the export contains

Exports carry the contact's name and email first, then whichever columns you selected, using the same values shown on screen. Enum fields export as their readable label, dates in your timezone, and money with its currency — Preb never merges currencies, so each stays labelled.

Large exports are capped at 10,000 rows; narrow the date range or add a filter if you hit it.

Scheduled or automated reporting

There is no scheduled email report yet. If you need Insights numbers in another system today, use the Global Data export, or query the API with a workspace API key from Integration Hub → API keys.
